Comprehensive Plan 2026-2029: The Superintendent shall direct Phase One of the Future Ready Comprehensive Planning Process.
ComprehensiveDistrict-Wide Data Profile: The Superintendent shall lead a strategic initiative to gather and study data that includes the following;
Predictive analytics for projected student enrollment
Current and anticipated economic and housing development trends
Capital improvement needs
CFOO Succession Planning: The Superintendent will begin the succession planning process in concert with the CFOO to determine operation flow, recommendations for restructuring, supervision and job related responsibilities associated with the CFOO position and present these findings to the Board of School Directors with recommendations by May of 2026.
Phase II STEELs Implementation: The Superintendent shall direct the design, writing and implementation of new PA STEELS aligned K-12 Science curriculum and programming to be throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
Phase II Implementation: The Superintendent shall direct the implementation of a new K-6 mathematics curriculum and programming to be phased-in over a three-year period.
Data Warehouse: TheSuperintendent shall direct the implementation of a data warehouse management system. This implementation shall include training for administrative and professional staff, data analysis and metrics, development of common assessments in order to develop a transparent culture of data.
Observation and Supervision: The superintendent shall continue to observe all temporary professional staff eligible for tenure in the 2025-2026 school year.
