The Red Lion Area School District technology help desk is available to provide support of district technology to staff, students and parents. If anyone needs assistance, we request that they submit a support ticket at help.rlasd.net OR by sending an email to our help desk at [email protected] and describe their issue. They should include their first and last name, student ID number, phone number and the serial number from the device (if they can find it). Whenever possible, students and staff should enter their own support requests instead of asking someone else to enter the support ticket on their behalf. This allows us to reach out directly to the user and quickly resolve issues or schedule device replacement. If anyone is not able to submit a ticket or send an email, they can call us at 717-244-6325 from outside the district or extension 1776 from inside the district and leave a voicemail which will automatically create a support ticket .
