Q "My school ID badge is broken/not working. How do I get a new one?"

A: Email your request to the Human Resources Department. If you card is broken, we can provide you with a new one at no cost. If your card is lost there will be a $12 replacement fee.

Q "What are the requirements for tuition reimbursement for a class?"

A: 1) Grade. (This can be an official grade report; a letter from the professor on school letterhead stating the grade; an official transcript; or an on-line transcript. Any of these items must identify your name, the name of your course, and the name of the institution, as well as the grade received.)


2) Proof of payment of tuition for the course. (This can include a copy of a canceled check, both front and back sides; a statement from the institution indicating the amount paid for tuition; a credit card statement which must include your name and the name of the institution that was paid; a copy of a credit union check with your name and the name of the institution; an on-line statement which includes your name and the amount paid for tuition for the period the class was taken.)

Q "Who do I contact for a step change and/or college credit reimbursement?"

Q "What should I do and who should I contact if I'm unable to report to work?"

A: Support Staff - Please refer to your handbook; pg 1 "Absences". If you do not have an updated handbook, please contact Human Resources for a copy.

Professional Staff - Report your absences on AESOP. Absences in excess of 5 days, please contact the building principal.

Q "How long can my child(ren) remain on my insurance plan?"

A: Children can remain on the medical insurance plan thru age 26. Their insurance will terminate the first of the month following their birthday. At that time, your child(ren) will be offered COBRA.

If your child is a full-time student, he/she can remain on the dental and visions plans until age 23, provided a student certification form has been completed and Sheri Baer, Benefits Secretary has been notified.
