Mrs. Cory Mengel has been serving as the Supervisor of Special Education at Red Lion Area School District since June of 2024. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Alvernia University in 2012, her Master's Degree in Special Education from Shippensburg University in 2016, and earned her Principal's Certification from Point Park University in 2022. Throughout her career, she has worked as a special educator in the areas of Autism Support, Emotional Support, Learning Support & Transition. Mrs. Mengel has worked in various settings including a Residential Treatment Facility and public school districts. She most enjoys being an advocate for teachers, students & families, reading, and spending time with her husband & two children.
