Dr. Nicole Persing has served in public education for over 18 years, driven by a belief that every student deserves the best educational experience. She is currently a Supervisor of Special Education for the Red Lion Area School District, overseeing special education staffing and programming. Prior to this role, she spent 16 years as a School Psychologist, gaining experience supporting students with diverse needs. Dr. Persing earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Immaculata University in 2025. Prior to this she earned a Masters degree in Psychology, from Millersville University. In her current role, she guides educators to meet diverse student needs while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Dr. Persing is an advocate for professional growth and research-based practices and is committed to building meaningful relationships with students, families, staff, and the community to promote success for all learners.
