REGION II - Windsor Borough and Windsor Township Board Vacancy
Term: 11/12/26– 11/30/27
Appointed member may run for election in November 2027 for a four-year term.
Section 315 of the Public School Code provides when a vacancy occurs, the remaining members of the school board, shall within 30 days appoint a qualified person to fill the vacancy. The appointee will serve only until the next succeeding municipal election when a member is elected for the unexpired portion of the term – essentially a 2-yr term will be placed on the next ballot.
