As the Chief Legal and Operations Officer, my mission is to make the District an engaged and productive place to work, while ensuring compliance with all legal obligations under the law and our collective bargaining agreements. In all of my work here at Red Lion, I wish to live up to the following principles:
OPENNESS - I want to promote free and unencumbered communication.
CREDIBILITY - I want my words to match my actions.
FAIRNESS - I want to consider all perspectives and make decisions rationally.
I began working for the District in December of 2015 in the Human Resources Department. Prior to that, I was an attorney in private practice with a focus on labor and employment law. I graduated from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University with a Juris Doctor in 2007, from Temple University with a Masters of Business Administration in 2019, and from the Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Business and Management in 2004. I am originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and attended Manheim Township School District.
I am married with two children, both boys, and live in Lancaster County. In my spare time, I perform professionally with several different musical groups around central Pennsylvania. I also hold a judging license from the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission and judge both amateur and professional mixed martial arts and kickboxing events across the Commonwealth.
