Todd McClimans is the Supervisor of Teacher Development in the Red Lion Area School District. Mr. McClimans runs the District's new teacher induction program and assists in the professional development of all staff. He works with all new teachers, kindergarten through 12th grade.
Mr. McClimans taught fifth grade for a total of 8 years in the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, NV and in the Dallastown Area School District in Dallastown, PA. Mr. McClimans served five years as an assistant principal and principal the Dallastown Area School District and the Red Lion Area School District. He has served as the Supervisor of Teacher Development since the 2014-15 school year.
Mr. McClimans holds bachelor's degrees in Elementary Eduction and Creative Writing from Slippery Rock University. He holds a master's degree in Education Leadership and Administration from University of Phoenix and a master's degree in Creative Writing from Wilkes University. Mr. McClimans holds a Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility certificate from California University of Pennsylvania and has begun a doctorate of education in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
