Mr. Fritzius is a graduate of The American School of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and The Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Fritzius is a Certified Athletic Administrator and Certified Personnel Consultant with 15 years of experience in Athletic Administration. Mr. Fritzius is the Director of Athletics for the Red Lion Area School District and was the Athletic Director for the Northeastern School District. Additionally, he served as the Director of District Athletics and Student Activities for the West Shore School District. Mr. Fritzius is a member of the PIAA “Train the Trainer” team which is responsible for annual training for PIAA Rules Interpreters. Additionally, Mr. Fritzius serves as the Vice-President of the NCAA -NISOA Capital Area Chapter and serves as a National Assessor for NISOA. Mr. Fritzius is the Director of Athletics for the Red Lion Area School District. He and his wife Joan reside in York, PA
