The superintendent has responsibilities in a series of domains, including Policy,  Governance, Planning and Assessment, Instructional Leadership, Organizational  Management, Board and Community Relations, and Professionalism. Below are a series of six goals that Dr. Walker evaluated on.

Human Resource Management
    • Support the Director of Human Resources with on-boarding and organizational acclimation
