Superintendent Objective Performance Standards

The superintendent has responsibilities in a series of domains, including Policy,  Governance, Planning and Assessment, Instructional Leadership, Organizational  Management, Board and Community Relations, and Professionalism. Below are a series of six goals that Dr. Walker evaluated on.

District Operations and Financial Management
    • Oversight and evaluation of District Office Personnel
    • Development and recommendations for 2024-2025 Budget
    • Assess and make recommendation for district facilities management
 
Communication and Community Relations
    • Strategic Plan (Communications)
    • Visibility within the community and schools
    • Membership and Participation in local non-profit and service organizations
 
Human Resource Management
    • Support the Director of Human Resources with on-boarding and organizational acclimation

Professionalism
    • Maintain and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
        • Model and coach high levels of professionalism
